Since graduating from law school in 1998, Vincent has primarily focused his practice on residential and commercial zoning and real estate transactions. Vincent's zoning experience includes representing a variety of real estate investors, developers, businesses, and not-for-profits throughout the entitlement process. He has focused his practice in the greater Chicagoland area, with most of his services devoted to zoning matters in the western suburbs.
Vincent has represented clients in obtaining zoning, financing, and related entitlements in the regulatory bodies of the County of DuPage, County of Will, City of Naperville, Village of Burr Ridge, Village of Montgomery, City of St. Charles, City of Aurora, Village of LaGrange, Village of Hinsdale, Village of Glenview, Village of Round Lake, United City of Yorkville, and Village of Plano, among others. Some of Vincent's projects have included obtaining PUD zoning for residential developments, business parks, industrial parks, and mixed-use developments.
Vincent has also successfully negotiated multi-million-dollar municipal financing incentive packages for investors and developers throughout Illinois, including the largest tax increment financing incentive in the history of the City of Aurora in the amount of $26,275,000. He has assisted lenders, developers, investors, and contractors with a variety of municipal finance facilities, including tax increment financing, municipal bond issuances, and the sale of “developer notes,” or municipal bonds.
Vincent has been a keynote speaker on the importance of zoning, entitlements, and due diligence in commercial real estate transactions for Illinois real estate professionals.

Vincent enjoys participating in martial arts along with his two high-school-aged kids. All three will be testing for their black belts in October 2024. He also loves the beach and thinks that all zoning hearings should be held there!
