Cynthia is a native of Downers Grove, IL, and has handled legal matters in a number of areas including employment law, contract negotiations, government records/FOIA, and civil mediations. She is particularly passionate about the American workforce and helping with unemployment benefits appeals, negotiating employment separation agreements, and evaluating requests for medical leave from employment.
Cynthia also serves as a federal court mediator, helping employees and corporations communicate and navigate termination and workplace disputes with separation agreement negotiations, settlements, creative dispute resolution, administrative claims, and civil employment litigation. Cynthia is new to the Castle Law team in 2023 and is excited about the opportunities that lie ahead.

When not handling complex legal matters in all the practice areas that she has experience in, you can find Cynthia in the music room playing the flute and piano. Her family and three children keep her quite busy, yet she finds time to travel with them (and others) to the sandy beaches of Florida, the mountains of Tennessee, and the beautiful outdoor vistas known as the great state of Montana!
